• "Products" - Electronics, accessories, tools, appliances, and other items listed for sale.

• "Services" - Product sales, delivery, warranty, support, and other offerings.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have legal parental/guardian consent.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However:

• Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual products may vary slightly.
• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
• In case of pricing errors, we may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. Orders & Payments

When you place an order with Fine Electronics Pakistan:

• You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.
• Payment methods accepted: Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and credit/debit cards.
• For COD orders, you agree to pay the full amount upon delivery.
• Order confirmation emails are acknowledgments, not guarantees of acceptance.
• We may contact you for verification before processing high-value orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping policy includes the following terms:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to your provided address.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• You must inspect products upon delivery and report any damage immediately.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Our return and warranty policies are as follows:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products.
• Defective products are covered under our 2-year warranty (see Warranty page for details).
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after product inspection.
• Change-of-mind returns may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Interfering with the security or functionality of our website.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
• We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
• Products are provided "as is" with all faults, except as expressly stated in our warranty policy.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fine Electronics Pakistan, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

14. Termination
